ABOUT THIS ROLE 

LVT seeks a world-class Learning Facilitator to lead engaging, interactive learning experiences and develop content for in-person, webinar, and online training. This role supports LiveView’s comprehensive learning suite, which includes employee onboarding, client product training, partner coaching, continued education, and career progression programs. Working closely with subject matter experts, the Learning Facilitator will create impactful content, including documents, imagery, videos, and simulations, to enrich the LMS. Success in this role requires adaptability, skillful facilitation, and responsiveness to learner feedback to foster an inclusive, effective learning environment for clients, employees, and third-party partners.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct hands-on training to ensure effective use of our LMS and related training software.
  • Configure and manage the LMS, staying current on new features and functionality.
  • Collaborate with IT to integrate the LMS with enterprise systems, optimizing data flow and user experience.
  • Develop best practices for LMS workflows, user permissions, and content management.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for LMS users.
  • Oversee content uploads, data entry, and reporting to track learning metrics accurately.
  • Partner with instructional designers to create and update LMS content for seamless delivery.
  • Analyze learning data to recommend LMS enhancements and integrations.
  • Use tools such as internal and external LMS, G Suite, Camtasia, Adobe Suite, Canva, and Knowledge Bases to create high-quality learning resources.
  • Regularly deliver client-facing onboarding webinars, product training webinars, and in-person training.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new and current employees.
  • Serve as an expert on LVT processes, products, client challenges, and industry solutions, providing prescriptive guidance.



QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Prior experience as a software or hardware trainer or educator in a related field.
  • Portfolio of training that demonstrates your experience, including hours trained, group sizes, methodologies, adult learning principles, and examples of created content.
  • Skilled in facilitating learning across platforms such as WebEx, Zoom, and in-person.
  • Proven experience creating custom training materials (curriculum, graphics, slideshows, branded resources) that are visually appealing and effective.
  • Familiar with documenting training activities to track learning metrics and performance.
  • Proficient in G Suite products.
  • Experienced in managing and contributing to an LMS.
  • Capable of writing clear, step-by-step documentation for software or manufacturing environments.
  • Able to thrive in unstructured environments, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
