We are currently looking for a Student Data Consultant for our office in Copenhagen. Work is primarily on site, with flexibility to work from home occasionally if needed. Travel activity can occasionally be required for client workshops.  

What will your day look like?

As a Student Data Consultant, you are part of our Data Solution Consulting capability that helps our clients get the data solutions they need for collecting, analyzing and activating 1st party data at scale to create impactful customer experiences and drive measurable business results. We also help propose, design and deliver data solutions that support customer insights, audience activation, personalization, and measurement of marketing performance. Our expertise covers marketing measurement strategy, customer data strategy, advanced data solutions and AI.  

We work with the marketing and data teams of some of the most well-known, respected, and loved brands in the world, helping them transform their data capabilities.  

You will be supporting more senior Data Consultants who will introduce you to our approach and frameworks. You will also help with research, analysis, documentation and presentation tasks in both internal and client facing projects.  

More specifically, your tasks include: 

  • Conducting research to collect and consolidate information for analysis, create accurate and insightful conclusions, and present this to colleagues and clients.
  • Analyzing and documenting business requirements, considering the client's business strategy and objectives, as well as technical, organizational, and operational context.
  • Assisting in planning and executing client workshops and interview sessions to capture business requirements for marketing automation and personalization solutions.
  • Presenting research findings, best practices, and inspirational cases to clients and colleagues within the company. 

And for once, using AI is not cheating but an indispensable part of the toolkit.

What do you bring to the table?

We do not expect you to have years of experience in data consulting, but we do expect you to bring the right talent, mindset and personality. You are an outgoing and likeable person that is proactive, independent, responsible, helpful and enjoy working as a team towards a common goal. 

You have a deep interest in data, you are curious and a fast learner, your thinking is structured and analytical, yet creative in problem solving and adaptable to quickly changing project contexts and goals.  

In addition, you have:  

  • Enrolled in a master’s degree or are within the last year of your bachelor’s degree.
  • Good English language communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
  • Some hands-on experience with data (not necessarily professionally).
  • A basic understanding of marketing processes.
  • Time to work 15-20 hours a week.
