What You’ll Do:

Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for core technical positions in China and North America, ensuring an accurate match between organizational needs and candidate capabilities.

Proactively expand and maintain recruitment channels, and conduct in-depth sourcing of top talent in the industry.

Analyze industry trends and talent movements, conduct talent mapping, and provide strategic insights for organizational hiring.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify process issues and propose timely optimization solutions.

Participate in new employee onboarding training and career development program design, facilitating mutual growth between candidates and the organization.

Assist in improving recruitment-related policies and processes to enhance professionalism and efficiency.
What We're looking for:

At least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.

Proven success in recruiting for technical roles such as engineering, product, or algorithm positions.

Familiarity with major recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Maimai, Boss Zhipin, Liepin) and strong sourcing skills.

Hands-on experience with ATS systems such as Greenhouse, Workday, MoSeeker, or Moka.

Knowledge of Boolean Search and search logic used in mainstream recruitment platforms.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis and reporting abilities.

Strong learning agility, self-motivation, and adaptability to fast-paced work environments.
