About the Role

We are looking for a professional, proactive, and tech-passionate IT Engineer to join the Meshy team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the company’s core IT infrastructure that supports daily operations, including employee desktop support, asset management, network and system maintenance. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth employee experience and stable technical environment, helping to build an efficient, secure, and scalable internal IT setup.

What you'll do:

• Provide first-line IT support and resolve issues related to devices, systems, and software.
• Manage and maintain internal IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot office networks and VPNs.
• Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up IT environments (account creation, device allocation, network access, permission setup, etc.).
• Conduct regular checks on IT systems and security policies to ensure device and data safety.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory to standardize IT operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to continuously improve the internal IT experience.

What We're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, desktop maintenance, or system administration.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems and common office applications.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewall, etc.).
• Experience with common networking and device brands (Cisco, H3C, Hillstone, etc.).
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (ESXi, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and service mindset, able to respond efficiently to internal user needs.
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and eager to learn new technologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with IT asset management systems.
• Experience managing enterprise services such as Google Workspace or Okta.
• Experience with scripting or automation tools (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, etc.).
• Ability to read technical documentation in English and communicate at a basic technical level.
• Knowledge of information security standards and best practices.
