Senior People Partner

The Opportunity: This is an exciting time to join MIDI as a Senior People Partner! Reporting into the Head of People Partners, you will collaborate on company-wide initiatives, People team initiatives and have end-to-end ownership of your assigned client group(s). 

You Will:

  • Lead the HR strategy and execution with leadership teams to deliver a meaningful employee experience and exceptional care to our patients
  • Develop a deep understanding of client groups strategies, organization, and talent needs; anticipate needs for change and recommend solutions
  • Lead the development and execution of people strategies that enable client groups to meet their goals and deliver an exceptional employee experience
  • Partner with client groups on the execution of People Programs, such as performance management, annual salary review, and career development.
  • Establish a strong rapport with front-line people managers and provide coaching on leadership best practices, engagement and team development
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and employee experience
  • Advise client groups on full spectrum of People-related disciplines including organization design, workforce planning, change management, and compliance
  • Build strong partnerships and collaborate across the People Team, Finance Team, and other cross-functional groups
  • Lead and/or contribute to company-level People initiatives like employee engagement, career development, performance management, and compensation.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or other business-related field
  • 5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner, with a minimum of 3+ years experience with employee relations; experience working with hourly, salaried, part-time, and full time populations is strongly preferred
  • Experience working within matrixed organizations and with client groups of at least 200+ employees
  • Exceptional communication, problem solving, and project management skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management strengths when working with different levels of management 
  • Understanding of HR compliance and labor laws; demonstrated ability to advise others on employee matters 
  • A user-led or design thinking mindset; previous experience using agile or design thinking methodologies is strongly preferred
