Role: Content Administrator  (12 Month FTC)

Location: Glasgow, England, United Kingdom (3 days from our Glasgow Client offices)

About the role:

Working in partnership with our client, we are looking for a dynamic and driven digital content administrator to join our team to support internal communication, projects and content governance. 

The candidate would be joining a small, flexible team within the client's company, who work collaboratively to deliver high-quality digital experiences, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business needs. Our work spans multiple platforms including Jive, SharePoint, and Adobe Experience Manager, and we play a key role in maintaining and evolving the firm’s internal digital landscape. 

What you will be doing:

  • Ticket and Email Management: Monitor and triage incoming tickets and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Prioritise and escalate issues as needed to maintain smooth day-to-day operations. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, proactive updates to stakeholders, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and expectations are managed. 
  • Content Maintenance: Upload and maintain digital assets across platforms including AEM, Jive, and SharePoint, ensuring content accuracy and consistency. 
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and flag technical or process-related challenges to senior team members to avoid delays. 
  • Formal Document Review: Facilitate collaborative structured reviews of complex documents, ensuring formatting and structural consistency, identifying discrepancies, and publishing final approved versions. 
  • Weekly Content Owner Engagement: Coordinate and send weekly communications to content owners, prompting timely updates and ensuring information is kept up to date. 
  • Documentation Updates: Respond to urgent content needs while maintaining consistency across materials. 
  • Additional Tasks: Being adaptable to take on administrative based tasks. 

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Experience using digital content platforms (e.g. AEM, SharePoint, Jive). 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel. 
  • Familiarity with professional/corporate office environments.  
  • Experience with ticketing systems and managing shared inboxes. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills. 
  • Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager, internal collaboration software such as Jive or SharePoint would be useful. 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for content edits. 
  • Familiarity with document governance processes and version control.
