- Manage large-group employee benefit accounts, serving as the primary contact for day-to-day service needs and strategic account support.
- Coordinate annual renewals by preparing proposals, conducting renewal analysis, negotiating with carriers, and overseeing implementation activities.
- Support enrollment, eligibility, billing, claims, and carrier-related issues to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Prepare client-facing presentations, claim reports, and benefit program recommendations that help clients make informed decisions.
- Partner with producers and consultants to develop benefit strategies that align with client objectives and workforce needs.
- Drive client retention efforts while identifying opportunities to expand existing account relationships and enhance benefit offerings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within agency management systems to support efficient account administration.
- Support open enrollment meetings and employee communication initiatives that promote understanding and engagement with benefit programs.

What You Bring
Day One:
- 5+ years of employee benefits account management experience supporting large-group clients with 100+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefit plans, renewals, implementations, eligibility administration, billing, claims management, and carrier relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, carriers, producers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business software applications.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Valuable Additions:
- Life, Accident, and Health License.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Life, Accident, and Health licensure if not currently licensed.
- Experience supporting ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA-related administrative processes.
- Experience preparing claims reports, utilization reviews, and renewal analysis for large-group clients.
- Familiarity with agency management systems and benefits administration platforms.
- Experience leading open enrollment meetings and employee education initiatives.
