Roles & Responsibilities:

Tracking & Reporting: Monitor category funnel and measure month-on-month growth, ensuring that performance metrics are tracked and analyzed effectively.

Performance Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports at the click and category level using various tools (e.g., Foxtrot, Garfields). Deliver insights to help guide business decisions.

Collaboration with Tech & Product: Work closely with Tech and Product teams for new feature releases, ensuring partner readiness and a smooth rollout of new tools and updates.

Data Ownership & Insights: Own and manage reports, including quality metrics, and provide actionable insights that drive performance improvements across the business.

Traffic & Sales Funnel Analysis: Publish and analyze traffic numbers and conversions within the business funnel, identifying opportunities for performance enhancement.

Partner Onboarding & Support: Lead the onboarding process for new partners, collaborating with integration teams to ensure smooth transitions. Manage ongoing partner requirements (e.g., URL changes, description updates) to maintain seamless operations.

Category Experimentation: Execute and monitor category experiments, leveraging data-driven insights to test and optimize business strategies.

Campaign Execution & Analysis: Collaborate with the Analytics and Marketing teams to execute campaigns (Emailers, Push notifications) and track their effectiveness, ensuring a continuous improvement loop.

Report Ingestion & Hygiene: Ensure the seamless ingestion of reports and maintain the highest standards of data hygiene and accuracy on a daily basis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Continuously refine and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across cross-functional teams such as CRM, Tech, and Operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Graduation) completed with at least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to work with large data sets and generate meaningful insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
