Your Experience at Premier
Here’s what you can expect from the role, the team, and our culture:
- Job Type: Full-time, hourly role with overtime eligibility
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Reporting Structure: Reports to the Manager of Manufacturing Operations and works closely with crew leaders, shop trainer, and the electrical assembly team
- Interview & Onboarding Process: Virtual screening interview, on-site interview and facility tour, reference checks, and pre-employment screening
- Work Environment: Based in our Monroeville or Murrysville, PA facilities, offering temperature-controlled, well-lit, and organized workspaces where safety, teamwork, and attention to detail are part of everyday operations

Duties and Responsibilities
As an Assembler, you will:
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components following provided drawings, diagrams, or written instructions
- Mount parts and devices to control panels and enclosures with accuracy and consistency
- Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Inspect your work for completeness and accuracy, and report potential issues to your supervisor
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Support other production areas or assist with special projects as needed
Experience and Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on assembly or manufacturing work
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and verbal direction
- Comfort using basic hand tools and measuring devices such as tape measures and screwdrivers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, quality work
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow established processes and safety guidelines
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and reliability in a production environment
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
- Frequent repetitive hand movements requiring fine motor skills and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in tight or enclosed spaces using hands, arms, and upper body positioning
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
