Key Duties and Responsibilities:

As an Assembler, you will:

  • Assemble mechanical components and parts for electrical panels
  • Mount parts and devices to panels following detailed instructions
  • Perform repetitive, straightforward assembly tasks to meet production standards
  • Safely and efficiently operate basic hand tools
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals

 

 

Experience and Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic mechanical aptitude: no prior production experience required
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency
  • Capability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift
