- Job Type: Full-time, hourly paid position
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with optional overtime
- Location: Monroeville, PA

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Assembler, you will:
- Assemble mechanical components and parts for electrical panels
- Mount parts and devices to panels following detailed instructions
- Perform repetitive, straightforward assembly tasks to meet production standards
- Safely and efficiently operate basic hand tools
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
Experience and Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic mechanical aptitude: no prior production experience required
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency
- Capability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift
