Your Experience at Premier
Here’s what you can expect from the role, the team, and our culture:
- Job Type: Full-time, hourly role with overtime eligibility
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Reporting Structure: Reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor, working closely with assembly and quality teams
- Interview & Onboarding Process: Phone screening, on-site interview and facility tour, reference checks, and pre-employment screening
- Work Environment: Based in our Monroeville, PA facility, you’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled production area with bright lighting and organized workstations that make it easy to focus and learn

Duties and Responsibilities
As an Assembler, you will:
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components following provided drawings, diagrams, or written instructions
- Mount parts and devices to control panels and enclosures with accuracy and consistency
- Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Inspect your work for completeness and accuracy, and report potential issues to your supervisor
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Support other production areas or assist with special projects as needed
Experience and Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic mechanical aptitude—no prior assembly experience necessary; training provided
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfort using hand tools and measuring devices such as tape measures and screwdrivers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
