Legal Department is seeking a Jr. Corporate Legal Counsel to join the Corporate Legal Team.
 
Key responsibilities of the position are:
·        Provide legal counsel and guidance on corporate legal matters, including but not limited to contract negotiations and corporate governance
·        Completing daily legal tasks that include monitoring legal and procurement processes
·        Drafting agreements, amendments, notification letters and other legal documents
·        Collaborate closely with other departments to address legal issues affecting the corporate operations
·        Enhance, support, and develop automation and project management processes for the corporate legal department’s operation
 
Requirements:
  • L.L.B from a top academic institution
  • 2-4 years of experience after internship, preferably from a legal department of a company
  • A "go-getter" attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent English [speaking and drafting] – proven experience in working in an English-speaking environment
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance requirements
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to assess complex legal issues and provide clear recommendations
  • Ability to work in a highly fast-paced environment
  • High degree of professional ethics, Loyalty and integrity
  • Technical knowledge in legal or procurement operations – an advantage
