Join one of the fastest-growing companies in the Fintech industry, where innovation meets excellence. We are seeking a Card Scheme Specialist who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our company remains at the forefront of payment technologies.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for analyzing payment network regulations, product specifications, and other business publications. Your work will support various business functions through a deep understanding of payment  networks, ensuring compliance and optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret regulations, product specifications, and other relevant business publications from major payment networks like Visa and MasterCard.
  • Provide in-depth support to the business by bridging the gap between scheme regulations and the company’s business operations and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple business departments including Product, Development, Sales, Account Management, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Monitor and follow up on payment network updates related to fees, new products, technical changes, and regulations.
  • Support the product team in formulating and implementing various payment network-related projects.
  • Execute tasks and projects effectively, even in scenarios where direct authority is not provided.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field is essential.
  • Experience in the payments or banking industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of information accurately.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.
