【職務内容】
PlayStation®及び関連商品などのアンテナ/RF回路及びノイズ対策設計を担当いただきます。
自技術等を活用し、お客様に今までにない感動とエンタテインメント体験を実現するための無線設計に貢献頂きます。

【具体的には】

  • アンテナの設計・評価と量産導入
    • 電磁界Simulationによる設計と試作機の実測評価
    • ツール：電磁界Simulation/電波暗室システム、ネットワークアナライザ、Bluetest
  • 高周波(RF)回路設計・評価と量産導入
    • オンボードの回路設計と評価、無線デバイス性能評価
    • ツール：無線テスター、スペクトラムアナライザ、プロトコルアナライザ
  • 無線通信へ影響を及ぼすノイズの対策
    • 電気回路の無線帯域内ノイズの対策設計
    • ツール：電磁界測定機、シールドルーム
  • 無線安全規格認証申請業務
    • 各国規格に応じた試験セット、申請書類の準備と試験の対応
新しいモデルのデザイン設計の段階から関わる事ができ、自分の技術やアイデアを生かした設計を盛り込む事ができる点が魅力です。
また、設計作業のみならず技術開発にも力を入れており製品開発と並行して技術の特許化も推奨しています。
 
【組織・職場紹介】
PlayStation®の商品設計を行う部門で無線の設計を担当している部署になります。
無線はコントローラーの通信やWi-Fiによるインターネット接続には必須機能であり、世界中のお客様が使用しその機能・性能を評価される非常にやりがいのある仕事です。

【求められる実務経験・スキル】
■必須（MUST）
・アンテナの技術・設計・評価の知識/設計経験 (2年以上)
・高周波(RF)技術に関する知見
・RF測定機器を扱った経験(ネットワークアナライザ、スペクトラムアナライザなど)
 
 ■歓迎（WANT）
・無線回路設計経験
・電磁界Simulationソフトウエアによる設計経験
・通信プロトコルの技術・評価の知識/設計経験
・Linuxの使用経験、C言語やPython等を用いたプログラム開発の経験
 
◾️語学
【英語】英語の仕様書を理解し、英語でのメールコミュニケーションが可能なレベル
【日本語】ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1、または同等以上）

・他の設計チーム(電気回路、メカ、無線デバイス)と柔軟にコミュニケーションをし、プロジェクトを推進できる方

【その他】
ハードウエアを開発する都合上、出勤をベースとした働き方となります。
