【職務内容】
未来のPlayStationに用いる半導体の開発戦略を立案・実行するポジションです。
 
【概要】
  • 業界や社内の課題を洗い出し、分析・洞察の上で中期的な展望を描き、エキスパートと連携しながらステークホルダーとの協議を行い、戦略を具体化・実行に移します。
 【具体的な業務】
  • 半導体とゲームの業界動向を視野に、製品要件や社内課題を多角的に分析・洞察します。
  • 自ら及びエキスパートと深く連携し、Tech/Biz全般におけるトレードオフを判断します。
  • これらをチップ開発戦略や外部パートナー協業スキームに落とし込み、ステークホルダーと協議を行います。
  • 他部門や外部パートナーとの協業を通してプロジェクト立案と推進を担います。

【組織 / 職場情報】

  • PlayStationに用いる半導体の構想から開発/量産までを一気通貫で実行する部隊です。多種多様なエキスパートが集い、最先端のチップ開発を行い、他部門や外部パートナーとの連携を通して商品競争力に貢献するチームです。
  • PlayStation用カスタムLSIの開発プロジェクトを外部パートナーと共同で複数実行しています。

 

【求められる実務経験】

  • 開発戦略/計画やスキームの立案と実行の経験
  • カスタマーニーズに寄り添ったコンサルティング経験
  • 半導体/IT/システム技術分野におけるプロジェクト実行経験
