■職務内容/ Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)
PlayStationコンソールをはじめとする複数のプラットフォームと連携し、クロスプラットフォームでのユーザー
体験を実現するモバイルアプリケーションの開発を担当していただきます。開発領域にはパーティ機能などの
ソーシャル機能も含まれ、リアルタイムに状態が変化する機能や大規模ユーザーを前提とした機能開発・改善に
関わる機会があります。
本ポジションでは、プロダクト要件に対する技術調査から設計・実装・テスト・運用改善まで、一連の開発プロ
セスに主体的に関与していただきます。また、アーキテクチャ設計やフレームワーク導入など、技術的な意思
決定にも関わることが可能です。開発は日本および海外（主に米国）のチームと連携して進めており、プロダクト
マネージャーやデザイナーと協働しながら、ユーザー体験の向上に取り組みます。
主な対象はPlayStation Appとなりますが、プロジェクトの状況に応じて関連する他のモバイルアプリケーションの
開発に関わる場合もあります。

私たちは、PlayStation Appをはじめとする、PlayStationのユーザー体験を広げるモバイルアプリケーションの機能
開発およびフレームワーク管理を担うチームです。
PlayStation Appは月間アクティブユーザー数3,500万以上のモバイルアプリケーションであり、自社プロダクトとして
多くのユーザーに向けた機能の開発・改善に関わります。
モバイル開発で一般的に用いられる技術をベースに開発しており、特定のプラットフォームに閉じない形でソフトウェア
開発における汎用的なスキルを活かせます。
また、UI設計や状態管理、共通基盤の整備など、アプリケーションの基盤に関わる開発にも携わります。
機能仕様や技術選定に関する議論にも関わりながら、開発を進めていきます。
チームは幅広い年齢層のメンバーで構成されており、立場に関わらず意見を出し合える環境です。
東京および海外（主に米国）の拠点と連携し、プロダクトマネージャーやデザイナーと協働してユーザー体験の改善に
取り組んでいます。

■求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications
【必須（MUST）】
以下いずれかの経験を合計3年以上有する方
※経験年数は目安であり、スキルや意欲に応じて柔軟に判断します
・Kotlin / Java を用いたAndroidアプリ開発経験
・Swift / Objective-C を用いたiOSアプリ開発経験
・React Native / Flutter 等を用いたクロスプラットフォームアプリ開発経験


【歓迎（WANT）】

・バックエンドAPIと連携したアプリケーション開発経験
・チームでのソフトウェア開発経験
・React Native または JavaScript / TypeScript を用いた開発経験
・UI設計や状態管理に関する知識・経験
・アジャイル開発プロセスでのプロダクト開発経験
・C / C++ を用いた開発経験（ネイティブ処理やパフォーマンス改善など）

・新しい技術や知識を学びながら、開発に取り入れていくことを楽しめる方
・チーム内外のメンバー（海外拠点を含む）と連携しながら、コミュニケーションを取りつつ開発を進められる方
・課題に対して自分なりに考え、周囲と相談しながら解決に取り組める方

■語学力 / Language Skills

【英語】
・海外チームとの連携のため、英語によるコミュニケーション（テキスト・会議）を行う機会があります
・現時点で高い英語力は必須ではありませんが、業務を通じて英語でのコミュニケーションに取り組む意欲
　を重視します
・社内で英語学習に関するサポートが受けられます (英会話研修、英語学習アプリの利用補助等。）

【日本語】
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上）
