【業務概要】
機械学習を活用した画質改善・映像処理研究を支えるため、
ゲームエンジンを用いた大規模データ生成および処理基盤の研究開発を担当いただきます。

Computer Vision / Computer Graphics / Machine Learning を横断しながら、
データ生成環境の構築、処理パイプライン開発、データ品質検証などを推進いただきます。

【主な業務内容】
・Unreal Engine等のゲームエンジンを用いた機械学習向け画像・動画データ生成
・国内外委託会社と連携したゲームエンジン改造および不具合解消
・生成データの加工・前処理および学習用データセット構築
・Pythonを用いたデータ処理・自動化ツール開発
・PyTorch等を用いたデータ検証・簡易的な学習確認
・AWS S3 / Box / Dropbox等を利用したデータ管理・転送フロー整備
・画像・動画データの圧縮方式やファイルフォーマット設計・最適化
・（スキル・経験に応じて）機械学習アルゴリズム開発・評価・改善

【Position Overview】
To support machine learning-based image quality enhancement and video processing research,
this role focuses on research and development of large-scale data generation and processing infrastructure using game engines.

The candidate will work across Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, and Machine Learning domains
to develop data generation environments, processing pipelines, and data quality validation workflows.

【Main Responsibilities】
・Generate image and video datasets for machine learning using game engines such as Unreal Engine
・Collaborate with domestic and international outsourcing partners on game engine modifications and issue resolution
・Process and preprocess generated data to construct machine learning-ready datasets
・Develop data processing and automation tools using Python
・Validate generated datasets and perform basic training verification using frameworks such as PyTorch
・Design and optimize data management and transfer workflows utilizing AWS S3, Box, Dropbox, etc.
・Design and optimize image/video compression methods and file formats
・Depending on skills and experience, contribute to machine learning algorithm development, evaluation, and improvement

【Required Skills / Experience】
・Development experience using Python
・Practical experience in image/video data processing
・Experience constructing datasets or generating data for machine learning
・Experience using machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch
・Basic knowledge of Computer Vision
・Experience building data processing pipelines
・Experience with team-based development using Git or similar tools

【Preferred Skills / Experience】
・Practical experience with Unreal Engine
・Understanding of Computer Graphics / Rendering Pipelines
・Experience using cloud storage and cloud service APIs
・Experience managing and operating large-scale datasets
・Experience communicating technically with overseas teams or external partners
・Development experience in Linux environments

【Language Skills】
・Technical communication skills in both Japanese and English
・Ability to conduct technical discussions, specification alignment, and issue investigation with domestic and international partners
・Ability to read and write technical documents, issues, and specifications in English
