PlayStationでは、日本市場におけるプレイヤーとのつながりをさらに深め、長期的なエンゲージメントを創出するため、オムニチャネルマーケティングを推進しています。

本ポジションでは、グローバル戦略を日本市場に最適化し、日本のプレイヤーにとって魅力的で一貫性のある体験を設計・実行します。Web、CRM、モバイルアプリ、コンソール、LINEなど複数のチャネルを横断しながら、プレイヤーインサイトを起点としたマーケティング施策を通じて、PlayStationビジネスの成長に貢献いただきます。

このポジションについて

本ポジションは、日本市場におけるPlayStationプレイヤーのエンゲージメント向上を目的に、オムニチャネルマーケティングキャンペーンの企画から実行、効果検証、改善までを一貫してリードするポジションです。

単なるキャンペーン運用ではなく、日本市場ならではのプレイヤー理解をもとに仮説を立て、優先順位を判断しながら施策を推進する「実行オーナー」としてご活躍いただきます。複数のチャネルを横断したプレイヤー体験を設計し、PS5でのプレイ促進やエンゲージメント向上など、ビジネス成果に直接インパクトを与える重要な役割を担います。

主な業務内容

  • 日本市場向けオムニチャネルマーケティングキャンペーンの企画・設計・実行
  • グローバルマーケティング戦略を日本市場に最適化し、日本のプレイヤー体験として再設計
  • Web、CRM、モバイルアプリ、コンソール、LINEなど複数チャネルを横断した一貫性のあるキャンペーンストーリーの構築
  • キャンペーンの企画から実行、効果測定、改善までEnd-to-Endでリード
  • プレイヤー行動やインサイト、KPI（エンゲージメント・コンバージョン等）に基づく分析および改善施策の立案・実行
  • 日本およびグローバルの関係者と連携し、優先順位の調整、プロジェクト推進、リスク管理を実施
  • 複数のマーケティング施策を並行して推進し、品質・スピード・成果の最大化を図る

求められるスキル・経験

必須要件

  • 日本市場向けデジタルマーケティングの実務経験（目安：3年以上）
  • Web、CRMなどデジタルマーケティングチャネルの企画・運用経験
  • 複数のプロジェクトを並行して推進したプロジェクトマネジメント経験
  • KPIに基づき、施策の企画・実行・効果検証・改善まで主体的に推進した経験
  • 日本のゲーム市場やプレイヤー行動への深い理解・関心
  • 社内外のステークホルダーと円滑に連携し、プロジェクトを推進できるコミュニケーション力
  • 日本語による高いコミュニケーション能力（ネイティブレベル相当）

歓迎要件

  • グローバル企業における日本市場向けマーケティング施策の企画・実行経験
  • オムニチャネルマーケティングまたはライフサイクルマーケティングの経験
  • コンテンツマーケティングやエディトリアルとデータ分析の双方に携わった経験
  • 英語を用いた業務経験（会議・メール・資料作成等）

語学力

  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル相当
  • 英語：ビジネスレベル歓迎
