Role Summary:
日本市場におけるPlayStationプレイヤーのエンゲージメントを軸にして、オムニチャネル（Web・CRM・アプリ・コンソール・LINE）施策を自律的に設計・実行し、成果まで責任を持つポジションです。日本独自のプレイヤー理解に基づき、オムニチャネルマーケティングキャンペーンの企画・実行を通じて、ビジネス成⻑（PS5プレイやエンゲージメント）に貢献します。単なる施策実行ではなく、仮説設計・優先順位判断・改善までを一貫して担う「実行オーナー」としての役割です。
Key Responsibilities:
1. オムニチャネル施策の企画・開発
日本市場向けオムニチャネルマーケティングキャンペーンの企画・開発
グローバル戦略を日本市場向けに最適化し、日本プレイヤー体験として再設計
複数施策を横断した一貫性あるストーリーの構築
2. 日本向けオムニチャネルマーケティングキャンペーンの実行オーナー
多くのキャンペーンの企画・実行をリード
企画 → 実行 → 効果検証 → 改善までをEnd-to-Endで担当
実行品質・スピード・一貫性の最大化
3. プレイヤーエンゲージメントの最大化
日本のプレイヤー行動・嗜好を踏まえた施策設計
KPI（エンゲージメント・コンバージョン等）を基にした改善サイクルの運用
課題の特定とアクションへの落とし込み
4. ステークホルダー連携
グローバルおよび日本チームとの連携
優先順位付けおよび実行調整
実行上のリスク管理と解決推進
Required Qualifications:
日本のゲーム市場についての知識・関心・理解力
日本市場向けデジタルマーケティングに関する実務経験（3〜5年以上）
Web / CRM / デジタルチャネルに関する実務経験
複数案件を並行して推進する実行力
日本語ネイティブレベル
仮説設計から改善までを自走できる力
Preferred Experience:
グローバル企業におけるローカル実行経験
オムニチャネルまたはライフサイクルマーケティング経験
コンテンツ/エディトリアルとデータの両方を扱った経験
英語ビジネスレベル
Success Profile:
ステークホルダーを巻き込みながら活動を推進することができる
KPIに基づき改善までやりきれる
優先順位を切り、やらないことを決められる
