私たちのチームは、PlayStationプラットフォームの開発者向けSDKを開発するチームと密に連携し、SIEならではの技術を体験として主に開発者に届けています。
ゲームスタジオで数多くのタイトル開発に携わってきたエンジニアとアーティストが在籍し、技術と表現の両面から価値を引き出せることが大きな特徴です。
ゲームプレイを通じて技術を体験できるゲーム形式デモ制作を得意としており、技術の魅力を直感的に伝え、実際の製品に潜む課題の顕在化にもつなげていきます。
制作にはUnreal Engineに加え、日々進化を続ける独自の内製エンジンも活用しています。また、他部署と連携する機会も多く、多様な案件を通じて幅広い視点を取り入れながら開発を進められることも魅力です。
現在は、PS5 Proに搭載されたPlayStation Spectral Super Resolution（PSSR）をはじめ、AIを活用した次世代グラフィックス技術の研究開発にも取り組んでいます。

■職務内容
PlayStationプラットフォームの開発者向けSDKに搭載される新技術、特にAIを活用した次世代グラフィックス技術を中心に
その技術を活用したゲーム形式のデモやサンプルを開発チームと協力しながら開発、研究、検証を行います。

【具体的な職務について 】
Unreal Engineや内製エンジンを用いたグラフィックス表現の開発・検証を行います。
アーティストと相談しながらシェーダーやポストエフェクトを実装し、技術の魅力を引き出す表現づくりに取り組みます。
また、ゲーム形式デモの企画やゲームデザインは課全体で行い、AIを活用した次世代グラフィックス技術の研究開発にも携わります。

■求められる実務経験・スキル・人物像
【必須要件(MUST)】
C++での開発経験。加えて、DirectX等のグラフィックスAPI、Unreal Engine等のゲームエンジン、またはシェーダー開発のいずれかの知識・経験。

【歓迎要件(WANT)】
GPUアーキテクチャ、GPUプログラミング、レンダリングパイプライン、パフォーマンス最適化、AI/機械学習を活用したグラフィックス技術への知見。
必須ではありませんが、海外チームとの連携機会があるため、英語でのコミュニケーション能力がある方は歓迎します。

既存コードを読み解き、課題に対して主体的に実装・改善できる方。
アーティストや他部署と協力し、表現づくりに前向きに取り組める方。
