Salesforce Development Engineer
About Slate
At Slate, we’ve got one job: building a vehicle you’ll fall in love with, right here in the USA. We believe that car buyers—not car companies—should call the shots. We like looking at the road, not the screen. We don’t like paying for stuff we don’t need. We like picking out the stuff we do need. We think dings are badges, not blemishes. But we know not everyone likes what we like. So, we built you a Slate: you make it yours.

- You relentlessly simplify, demonstrating significant innovation, creativity, and judgement when solving challenging problems.
- You are considered an authority on Salesforce solutions by the technical and business community and are frequently consulted for making difficult trade-off decisions.
- You drive awareness about the impact and consequences of technical decisions on the business, balancing technical leadership with strong business judgment to make the right long-term decisions about technology choices.
- You assist in the career development of others, actively mentoring individuals and the community on advanced technical issues and helping managers guide the career growth of their team members.
