Title:  Senior Process Analyst (Contract)

Location: Virtual, remote worker location possible

 

Studio Business Group Finance team is looking for a Senior Process Analyst to design and deliver transformation and continuous improvement roadmaps from inception through adoption. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Finance Planning & Infrastructure, this key role will drive our process documentation, design, and transformation efforts.

 

In this position, you will connect and optimize global, end-to-end processes, utilizing methods, tools, and analyses for effective process management. Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops to document current processes and designing future states, performing gap analyses, and planning and executing transformation roadmaps to drive scalability and end-to-end effectiveness in FP&A processes. You will model, and align processes with organizational strategic goals, design and implement process architectures, establish measurement systems, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

 

Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with finance delivery teams and subject matter experts. Flexibility, creativity, and an ownership-driven approach are vital, enabling you to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity. You’ll need to master stakeholder engagement, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions efficiently, fostering an inclusive and transparent work environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Lean/Six Sigma, transformation program design and delivery, broad financial knowledge, experience in community- and coalition-building, and a passion for FP&A excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with FP&A teams to derive and validate business process models, and identify gaps.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of how functional processes interconnect, driving cross-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership, and compliance with procedures.
  • Document current and future business processes using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
  • Analyze dependencies between new and existing processes and create business process diagrams to support process design or redesign and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Define and monitor success measures with transformation program lead and delivery team.
  • Design and execute process transformation roadmaps, identify key readiness considerations, and develop solutions to drive adoption.
  • Monitor business readiness and change adoption through process performance audits and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address improvement opportunities, and promote and influence a culture of standardization, continuous improvement and excellence in transformation and operations.
  • Support testing of technology enhancements and solutions as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in consultative business process design, change and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in process modeling (facilitation and documentation), consulting, and process improvement/transformation; Lean/Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification is a plus.
  • Deep FP&A business acumen and familiarity with its processes and technology.
  • Experience in designing and delivering transformation roadmaps, programs and change management strategies.
  • Ability to teach and deliver enablement training effectively.
  • Knowledge of process classification frameworks, capability modeling and process documentation leveling.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Quick learner, able to develop business process diagram and BPMN quickly.
  • Experience working across multiple functions, including IT, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, and HR.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; engaging presenter and storyteller.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, FP&A tools (BI, Planning, Analytics), and BPM technologies; experience with Signavio BPM is a plus.
  • Understanding of challenges and dynamics within the gaming or entertainment industries.
  • BS/BA in business, finance, economics, data science, computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field.
