Program Manager, Product GTM (Contract)

San Mateo, CA (Hybrid)/Remote

The Program Manager will lead and run sophisticated global programs within the Product Go To Market team, including but not limited to hardware and peripheral products. This role requires a strategic problem solver with advanced program management skills, business sense, and the capacity to collaborate across multiple functional areas. The Program Manager will ensure that all programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals and are implemented efficiently to deliver maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed program plans and schedules, handle the execution of program tasks, and supervise and report on program progress. Ensure all program activities are completed on time and within budget.
  • Engage with senior partners to ensure alignment with business priorities. Maintain strong relationships with crucial team members and ensure their needs are met.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues. Develop comprehensive risk management plans for critical programs.
  • Find opportunities for organizational change to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the program.
  • Conduct sophisticated data analysis to forecast future program performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize program outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to executive customers, highlighting key landmarks, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor mid-level program managers and provide guidance and support to project and program managers within the portfolio.
  • Champion collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and ensure alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field.
  • Proven record in program management, with a focus on product launches.
  • Confirmed experience in leading large, complex programs with significant business impact.
  • Advanced proficiency in program management tools such as Wrike, MS Project, or similar.
  • Strong business insight and the ability to align program goals with strategic business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Ability to be a key partner to senior customers and executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or similar program management certification.
  • Experience in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
  • Knowledge of HW and PE product launch processes.

Please note that the individual base pay range may vary based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$69 - $98 USD
