The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will focus on driving consistency, predictability, and continuous improvement across our sales organization. Your main objective will be to empower the revenue organization with the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources needed to exceed their targets. You will play a key role in helping us achieve our go-to-market objectives and ensure the success of our revenue organization. We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who can quickly build rapport and foster trust and collaboration across teams.

 

Role Specifics

  • Work Location: Remote (US)
  • Travel: 5% (The percent of travel is an estimation, and it could vary up or down based on business needs throughout the year.)
  • Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Sales Enablement Manager.

What You Will Own

Sales Enablement and Process Optimization

  • Refine and organize impactful sales enablement content (e.g., pitch decks, battlecards, playbooks) and integrate these materials into the sales process
  • Develop and maintain playbooks designed to reinforce StarRez’s sales methodology
  • Ensure regular and optimal utilization of key sales assets through regular communication with sellers and sales management
  • Organize and maintain an easily accessible library of sales resources and documentation
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure the sales team fully understands how to differentiate the customer journey and increase win rates
  • Collaborate with revenue operations team to refine and continually optimize the sales process
  • Calibrate sales tools according to competitor insights and market trends
  • Create and manage best-practice documentation, including a library of exemplary sales calls to highlight effective execution of sales methodology

Sales Team Training and Onboarding

  • Design and lead training sessions that ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about products, services, and sales tools and strategies
  • Continuously improve and update the sales training program by analyzing performance data and team feedback
  • Manage new team member onboarding experience, including developing and updating training content, scheduling training sessions and facilitators, leading select sessions, and partnering with supervisors to track completion of skill certifications
  • Assess and evaluate new team member performance to continuously improve ramp times
  • Assist in the rollout of new technologies and updates to our sales tech stack
  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Product Marketing teams for new product launches, ensuring all critical dependencies are addressed before the product goes to market

 

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Sales/Marketing Analytics, or related roles in a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven experience creating and executing lesson plans and training content
  • Exceptional presentation design skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging slide decks that effectively communicate key concepts and drive desired learning outcomes
  • Strong analytical skillset and ability to connect enablement inputs to business KPIs
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies and desired outcomes
  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Gong, Salesforce, and Monday.com (or similar solutions)
  • Strong understanding of value selling methodologies
  • Previous experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
