What we’re looking for
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enablement Program Specialist to design, implement, and optimize enablement programs that drive revenue growth and enhance team performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enablement or 2-3 years of sales experience, coupled with exceptional program management skills and a passion for empowering sales and customer success teams to succeed.
We are looking for a self-starter, strategic thinker, and collaborative team player with a growth mindset. This role requires a focus on measurable outcomes and the ability to foster alignment across teams.
What you’ll be working on
- Program Development & Execution
Design and implement scalable enablement programs that align with company goals and revenue targets. These will be focused on improving win rates and NRR, increasing AOVs, and accelerating time to close. - Performance Analytics & Reporting
Track and measure the impact of enablement programs on key metrics, such as pipeline generation, deal velocity, and quota attainment. Provide actionable insights to sales & CS leadership to refine strategies and processes. Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and strategies.
Develop tools, resources, and playbooks to support sales and CS team effectiveness across the deal cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Serve as a trusted partner to sales and CS leaders by understanding their challenges and providing tailored enablement solutions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within their organizations.
Also work with teams like Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with sales strategies.
We’d love to hear from people with
- Experience: 2+ years of proven track record in enablement, program management, or a related field within a B2B sales environment. Enjoys a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong project management abilities including planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Tool Proficiency: to drive successful enablement strategies
- Content Management Systems like Highspot or Seismic
- Content Creation like Canva or Camtasia
- Learning management systems like litmos or workramp
- Conversational Intelligence like Gong.io
- Other prospecting tools like outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to devise and implement innovative strategies to boost sales productivity and skill development for diverse selling teams.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering engaging training programs and crafting impactful. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Methodology Expertise: Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Sandler and MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales with a proven ability to integrate these into enablement programs effectively.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

As such, this opportunity is hybrid and requires you to work from the SurveyMonkey office in Heredia 3 days per week.
