We’re seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Architect, a trusted technical and strategic partner who bridges vision and execution to accelerate innovation across the Architecture organization.

In this high-impact role, you’ll help define the next generation of compute platforms while building the organizational clarity, decision frameworks, and culture that make breakthrough engineering possible. You’ll operate alongside the Chief Architect to unify strategy, execution, and collaboration across a deeply technical, senior engineering team.

This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA.

What We Need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; MBA or organizational leadership experience is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in engineering, architecture, or technical program leadership — ideally within semiconductors, compute systems, or AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional technical programs and drive alignment among senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills — able to synthesize complex concepts into clear narratives and drive productive discussion.
  • Proven track record of building trust, improving team dynamics, and elevating organizational performance.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
