What is this role like?

We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented Operations Administrator to help keep our internal operations running smoothly as we scale. You’ll play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams, maintaining internal documentation, and coordinating day-to-day workflows across departments. If you’re someone who’s obsessed with color-coded systems, detailed process docs, and keeping everything in order — we’d love to meet you.

In this role, you’ll work closely with team leads and report directly to CEO. Your main job is to keep the trains running on time, organize information in ways that help the team move faster, and create the internal clarity that keeps us aligned.

  • Operational Excellence- Manage and streamline internal systems, calendars, and documents that keep the company running efficiently. Build scalable workflows for recurring tasks like agendas, follow-ups, and internal comms.
  • Documentation and system building — You’ll turn ambiguous into clarity by building the systems everyone depends on. Own and maintain our internal knowledge base: battle cards, SOPs, onboarding guides, and wikis. Use tools like Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace to create visibility and drive efficiency
  • Execution and leadership support — You’ll multiply the impact of leadership by helping big ideas become actionable plans. Assist with preparing decks, meeting logistics, and internal presentations for high-stakes discussions. Step into fast-moving projects to provide operational support and get things done with speed and precision
  • Cross function team collaboration— You’ll connect the dots across departments and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Align Sales, Marketing, Product, and People Ops by managing timelines, materials, and communication. Drive momentum across projects by organizing meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring follow-through.

What (we think) you need to be successful - we’re open to not checking all the boxes and be proven wrong by outlier candidates as well! 

  • Education – B.A., B.S., or MBA in Finance, Data, Computer Science, or other STEM fields from a top school, proven academic records, entrepreneurial drive, and portfolio of writing samples that demonstrate how you think are critical to our evaluation
  • Minimum 1 years of experience working in a fast-paced, analytical or technical environment, such as consulting, investment banking, or scaling startups. 
  • Highly motivated and organized, bonus points if you are also entrepreneurial and take the initiative on your own! 
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and operate under a fast paced environment with intensity 
  • Fearless attitude - ability to dive into the unknown, research and quickly learn about a new topic and become a subject matter expert on it.
