  About the Role:

  As an MBA Summer Intern, you will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams on strategic projects that drive business growth and operational efficiency. This role will give you exposure to high-impact business challenges and the opportunity to develop leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business initiatives
  • Analyze financial and operational data to develop actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support the development and execution of strategic projects across departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance)
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership
  • Assist in process improvement analyses and project management tasks
  • Participate in meetings with department heads and contribute to strategy sessions
  • Other duties as assigned in alignment with your MBA curriculum and interests

  Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program at an accredited institution
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Interest in [industry/company’s focus] is preferred

  Preferred Skills:

  • Project management experience
  • Experience with statistical or financial modeling
  • Previous work experience in consulting, finance, or a related field
