What you'll do

  • Agile Transformation Leadership: Spearhead Agile at scale transformation in an organization with varying levels of Agile maturity, driving consistent delivery excellence.
  • ART Facilitation: Lead the Agile Release Train (ART) by organizing and facilitating key Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
  • Cross-Team Alignment: Ensure seamless alignment and collaboration among Agile teams, Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Business Owners to maximize efficiency and value delivery.
  • Value Stream Management: Manage and optimize the flow of value through the program and portfolio, proactively identifying and resolving impediments and dependencies.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain metrics and reports using Jira and other tools to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the program, keeping stakeholders informed with regular progress updates and status reports.
  • Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with other ART leaders and stakeholders to strategically plan and coordinate the delivery of value across the program and portfolio.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine Agile practices, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements and driving adoption of best practices.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to Agile teams and Product Managers, fostering their growth and ensuring their success in Agile practices.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on SAFe and Agile methodologies, providing training, guidance, and mentorship to the organization as needed.

What will you bring?

  • > 4 years of experience in Agile Delivery
  • SAFe Certified: You hold certifications such as SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE).
  • Agile Expertise: You possess deep knowledge of Lean/Agile principles and a variety of Lean/Agile methodologies, with the flexibility to adapt your approach based on the specific context.
  • Hands-On Leadership: You have hands-on experience leading Agile transformations at scale, with a strong command of supporting tools like Jira and Jira Align.
  • Influential Coaching: You excel at coaching and influencing individuals at all levels, with experience working closely with senior leadership to drive change.
  • Continuous Improvement Focus: You are passionate about continuous improvement and can demonstrate how you’ve effectively implemented impactful changes in previous roles.
  • Proactive and Independent: You are self-driven, confident in your ideas, and capable of implementing them without waiting for approval.
  • Dynamic Environment Experience: You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environments with shifting priorities and deadlines.
