Head of Partnerships - EMEA/APAC
About the Role
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for building and executing the EMEA-APAC channel strategy.
You will oversee the end-to-end management of Global System Integrators (GSIs) and strategic partnerships in the region, from contract negotiation, Go-To-Market and partner success. You will build and nurture these trusted relationships with the partners’ stakeholders.
You are expected to collaborate cross-functionally, with Sales, Marketing, Legal and technical teams, to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer acquisition.
This role involves leading and coaching a team of channel managers in the EMEA-APAC region. The goal is to guarantee that partners are aligned with VTEX Growth KPIs and work collaboratively to reduce Average Implementation times, while increasing the partner-generated revenue.
About the Team
The VTEX Partner Team is focused on developing and growing our ecosystem and on discovering the different kinds of businesses involved in our clients' ecommerce needs. The team creates, plans, and implements transformative digital projects using VTEX's solutions and products, always thinking about how to help our ecosystem grow and gain a competitive advantage for our customer base.
Who you are
- You have 8+ years of experience as a trusted advisor to the partner’s C-level team, guiding the partnership to create value for both sides, ideally working with GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, etc.);
- You have connections with GSI partners and are always generating opportunities for VTEX and our partners through your reputation;
- You have the necessary technical expertise in ecommerce architecture solutions and can establish a conversation with technical decision-makers;
- You have experience in training partners technically;
- Digital commerce experience;
- You have a tech & math mindset, providing simple solutions to complex problems;
- You have advanced English knowledge (preferred).
