Lead the Next Gen of Creative Technologists: Program Director (12-Month FTC)

About the Creative Technology Talent Program:

For the past three years, our Creative Tech Apprenticeship has launched careers in cutting-edge fields like coding, game engines, virtual production, and AI – all while working with world-class brands. Due to an upcoming internal move, we're looking for a passionate Program Director to lead this impactful program for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Shape the Future of Creative Talent:

In this exciting role reporting to the SVP of Creative AI, you'll:

  • Lead a high-impact program: Drive the success of our Creative Tech Apprenticeship, shaping its future and maximizing its impact.
  • Champion talent development: Manage, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of high-performing creative technologists. Refine talent strategies to ensure their skills align with the ever-evolving industry landscape.
  • Foster innovation: Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive environment where creative minds can thrive and push the boundaries of AI-driven creativity.
  • Collaborate with the best: Partner with senior leadership, external vendors, and industry experts to achieve program goals and elevate the apprentice experience.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strategic leadership experience: A track record of success in talent management, talent strategy, or team development.
  • Creative/tech leadership: Proven experience leading teams in creative or technology sectors, with a strong understanding of digital innovation.
  • Team development expertise: Ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing, diverse teams in a collaborative setting.
  • Talent strategy know-how: Experience designing and implementing talent strategies that align with business goals and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially in innovative and tech-driven environments.
  • Media/related industry experience is a plus.
