Step into the role of Renewals Manager at Wrike, dedicated to driving customer retention across Southern Europe and Latin America. Mastery of Spanish is essential, and proficiency in Italian or Portuguese is a significant advantage, enabling you to effectively cover and connect with our diverse client base in these regions. In collaboration with Sales and Customer Success, you'll strategize to enhance retention and align with Wrike's high standards. More about Your team

The Wrike Renewals Manager is a high-impact position on a team that consistently delivers market leading retention rates. You'll collaborate with a diverse group dedicated to customer loyalty and securing Wrike's revenue across these regions. As a part of the Renewals team, you'll work closely with Sales and Customer Success. Together, we'll drive the continued success and growth of Wrike's international presence.

How we work

You will be responsible for owning and executing a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned book of business, focused on the closed loop process of subscription renewal. You will be tasked with minimizing churn, locking in favorable terms with our clients, identifying growth and providing insights to the business that improve future outcomes. You will collaborate with the Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver an optimal result. Additionally, Wrike will provide a comprehensive training program and buddy system, giving you the tools you need to be successful in your new role!

How You’ll make an impact 

  • Quote renewal offers for Customers and ensure the CRM has accurate details and forecasts
  • Work reactively on cancellation requests
  • Work proactively to mitigate churn and close additional revenue
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers
  • Act as liaison between Finance, Sales and Customers
  • Assist the Billing team with collections
  • Uncover trends in subscription automation practices that can improve renewal workflow

You will achieve your best if you have 

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
