How You’ll make an impact
- Schedule onsite/virtual interviews, coordinate interview days, arrange candidate travel, and process expense reimbursements
- Effectively engages with candidates and hiring managers to form strong working relationships and rapport
- Administrative tasks: posting jobs, auditing data, entering job requisitions into Greenhouse etc
- Strive to create an exceptional candidate experience
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise to identify and resolve system, process issues and problems
- Partner with various teams within the broader HR and various businesses around the globe to ensure all processes are aligned
- Provide consistently high quality work with minimal errors
- Running reports (some ad-hoc) on a weekly basis
- Be present in the office 3 days per week.

You will achieve your best if you have
- Outstanding communication skills! (ability to build connections, talk to the point & structure your thoughts)
- Fluent English language
- Be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time; meet deadlines and be able to respond to quick, fast action
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve
- A highly organized individual, who is naturally proactive
You will stand out with
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and processes
- Experience with working with MacOS and Google Workspace
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, psychology, marketing or communications
- Familiarity with project management to help drive continuous improvements
- Ability to effectively communicate policies and information, knowing when to raise questions or issues.
