What We Need

The PGA TOUR 2K Integrated Marketing team is looking for an Associate Manager, Brand Marketing. We are responsible for building data-driven marketing strategies that reach and engage fans with value-rich experiences that drive revenue growth, brand health, and player loyalty. We aim to connect fans around the world to the most engaging golf platform: our franchise.

As an Associate Manager, Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of marketing priorities, working with internal and external partners along the way. You will have one of the best jobs in the world, managing the relationship between our products and players. In this role you will support creative development and delivery, oversee marketing plans that reach and delight our players, and help build tentpole franchise moments throughout the golf calendar. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an excellent storyteller, and someone who excels at working cross-functionally to drive consistency across our franchise. You possess a “can-do” attitude and are not afraid to navigate complex and fluid environments. You are knowledgeable about what’s current, but even more excited about what’s next. Excellent judgement, clear and concise communication, strong creative acumen, tuned in to the cultural zeitgeist, and an authentic love for sports and gaming will drive continued success in this role.

What You Will Do

  • Support franchise brand strategy from insight through to execution, contributing to announce and launch campaigns, brand activations, marketing creative, cover designs, brand toolkits, and more. 
  • Assist the Integrated Marketing team with always-on campaigns that drive player engagement throughout the lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to manage setup and execution.
  • Partner with channel leads and creative producers to ensure assets are delivered on time and aligned with campaign goals. 
  • Ensure holistic and consistent consumer journeys across various marketing touchpoints through rigorous QA of marketing materials. 
  • Participate in strategy ideation with our franchise and licensed partners in support of co-marketing campaigns that deliver mutual value with our partners. 
  • Manage on-site experiential activations at various golf tournaments and events throughout the season. 
  • Collaborate with Social and Product Marketing Managers on key priorities, providing general execution support to the team. 
  • Assist with ongoing reporting of campaign performance.

Analytical Mindset: You are data-curious about connecting marketing activations to measurable community responses and commercial performance. 

Passionate About Sports: You are deeply passionate about sports and the stages through which they are played on. This knowledge enables you to create authentic, engaging campaigns that connect with audiences and inspire engagement with our game. 

Ability to Be Nimble: You’re nimble and don’t get stressed by last minute priority changes or asks. You understand that this role is public-facing, and with that sometimes comes input or feedback from multiple stakeholders. You can interact with and influence stakeholders, and adapt quickly to new approaches without losing sight of key priorities. 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience at a gaming, sports, consumer technology, or media platform driving social media and community marketing. 
  • Extensive knowledge or interest in sports verticals.
  • Passion for telling unique stories to sports and gaming communities
  • Deep understanding of media channels, brand measurement, marketing analytics, and reporting. 
  • Familiarity with PC & console gaming marketing (PlayStation, Xbox. Steam) a plus.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $75,000 and $100,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
