A Snapshot
As a Change & Comms lead based in our HQ in Sydney you will report to the Director, Enterprise Architecture and Delivery and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways:
- Establish and lead the Change & Communications practice within AirTrunk Digital, including frameworks, tools, and standards to support enterprise-wide transformation.
- Develop and lead end-to-end change and communications strategies for the business-led Digital Roadmap and initiatives, aligning messaging and activities to organisational goals.
- Design and implement communication plans including key messages, channels, timing, and targeted stakeholder groups to build awareness and support.
- Assess change impacts, readiness, and organisational risk, then tailor communications and engagement activities to those findings.
- Collaborate with executive sponsors, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery of change initiatives and address resistance.
- Provides feedback mechanisms and two-way communication opportunities, such as Q&A sessions and surveys.
Your Day to Day
- Build and mature the change and communications capability across the organisation.
- Assess change impacts and stakeholder readiness to tailor engagement and communication approaches.
- Create compelling content including key messages, presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and training materials.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, sponsor activation, and resistance management.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change and communication initiatives using adoption metrics, engagement surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Facilitate two-way communication between leadership and employees to build trust and address concerns.
- Support training and coaching activities to enhance user preparedness and acceptance.
- Manage communication channels and tools, ensuring professional delivery and ongoing updates for change programs.
- Provide regular status reporting on change adoption and communications progress to senior management.
- Lead cross-functional teams or workstreams focused on organisational readiness and transition activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in organisational change management and communications within complex, enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, audience-specific messaging.
- Expertise in change impact assessment, adoption planning, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Project management skills, including planning, coordinating, and tracking deliverables.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all organisational levels.
- Proficiency with communications platforms and collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Development, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) or project management (PMP) are advantageous.
