We are hiring a Senior GTM Recruiter in Tokyo, who will drive the hiring effort at Anaplan, Japan partnering closely with Country Head & other functional leaders to drive hiring for our next level of Growth across Anaplan, Japan. This role will be a hybrid role based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a stellar opportunity to work for a Category defining company in the Planning SAAS world. You will operate as a Talent Advisor to Japan Leadership team, build and drive recruiting strategy, source candidates, manage agency partners and play a critical role in identifying great candidates and telling the Anaplan story.

Insights on your impact:

  • Partnering with Japan Head & other Country leaders in the Japan from GTM organisation to lead Recruiting and advice on hiring strategy.
  • Developing creative and effective sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines and tackle roles of varying complexity, while hiring at a high volume
  • Hire across Sales, Presales, Customer Success & other Go to Market roles.
  • Own and handle the recruitment process from initial contact to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Work to develop the employer brand through advertising, promotion, and community involvement with recruitment focused local events.

Who You are:

  • 6 plus years of full lifecycle recruiting roles in preferably In-house customer in a high growth technology organisation.
  • Passionate and experienced in sourcing & scouting on various tools like Bizreach, LinkedIn etc.
  • Broad exposure to GTM hiring across Sales, professional and leadership hiring.
  • Understanding of some basic technology terms/hiring across ERP (SAP/Oracle consultants/Other Systems) with implementation experience since we hire ERP (SAP, Oracle, Other Systems), Consulting folks with system implementation experience on our post sales Customer success roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering hiring outcomes utilising direct sourcing strategies and referrals.
  • Skilled at partnering with hiring managers & building strong relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and professional presence; able to productively partner with both external and internal customers.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.
