About the Team

The Services Operations team plays a critical role in bringing this mission to life by shaping strategy, running innovative operational experiments, and scaling impactful launches. We partner closely with teams across the company to design creative, data-driven solutions that elevate the experience for both Homeowners and Pros. About the Role
The Senior Analyst of Strategy & Operations will work directly with the Associate Director of Services Operations to drive platform growth and improve service quality. You’ll analyze data to uncover opportunities, build business cases, and lead large cross-functional initiatives that move the needle on Angi’s most critical priorities.
In this role, you will own and support high-impact strategic projects; partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Care, Analytics, and Marketing to test, launch, and scale improvements that strengthen our ability to deliver a Job Done Well. We’re looking for highly motivated individuals who bring analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and operational discipline to accelerate Angi’s growth and ensure our customers and pros have the best possible experience.
What you’ll do
- Lead strategic projects end to end - from concept and business case development to execution and performance management - to raise the bar on service quality at Angi Services
- Design and pilot innovative quality improvement experiments, analyze outcomes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for continuous iteration
- Drive quantitative and qualitative research to uncover drivers of Pro quality and guide decision-making
- Monitor, track, and report on Pro quality metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate across teams to test, validate, and scale impactful quality initiatives
- Serve as a thought leader and operational driver within one of Angi’s highest priorities
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-growing technology environment
- Self-starter and an owner; someone who can manage and execute projects to completion
- Strong analytical skills – proficiency in modeling, basic SQL is a plus
- First class communication skills
- Maintain a careful balance between attention to detail and swift execution
- Analytical rigor – ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations
- Has a strong bias for action
- Thrive with ambiguity
- Team player; collaborates and influences effectively with cross-functional team members across the organization
- Interest in Angi, home services, or marketplaces a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges from $90,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
- This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
