You will:
- Own and grow relationships with top Marketplace and Platform partners by driving joint GTM opportunities, quarterly reviews, and strategic alignment.
- Lead new partner onboarding, including business case development, integration prioritization conversations, and resource alignment across internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, managing day-to-day communications and acting as a liaison between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product to stay aligned on internal roadmap priorities and ensure strategic GTM partner initiatives support upcoming feature releases and fill top customer-requested gaps.
- Monitor and report on key partner performance metrics, including integration adoption, lead conversion, revenue influence, and marketing engagement.
- Own category-specific partner portfolios, including onboarding new partners and managing integration workflows and launch readiness.
- Identify high-potential partners for strategic progression, platform alignment, or co-selling motions based on strategic partner criteria.
- Stay informed on competitor partnerships and trends across the HR tech ecosystem to support ongoing innovation and prioritization.
