About this opportunity

 

We are looking for a BEES Volume Growth Specialist to drive volume growth initiatives by combining business strategy, data-driven decision making, and experimentation.

In this role, you will partner closely with Data, Product, Marketplace, and commercial teams to translate predictive models into scalable customer activations, ensuring successful implementation across markets and measuring business impact through experimentation and analytics.

What you will do: 

 

  • Partner with Data teams to enhance volume forecasting models and optimize customer-level volume targets.
  • Translate data insights and predictive models into commercial activation strategies within the BEES platform.
  • Lead the implementation of volume growth initiatives across markets, ensuring alignment with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
  • Measure the impact of commercial activations using A/B testing, statistical analysis, and other experimentation methodologies to generate actionable business insights.
  • Monitor key business KPIs and identify opportunities to improve program performance and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketplace, Product, Data, and country teams to scale best practices and accelerate volume growth across markets.
  • Present business results, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making.

 

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced English.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, experimentation, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Ability to translate data insights into business initiatives and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
  • Experience with Databricks or similar analytics platforms is a plus.

✈️ Availability for occasional international travel (approximately 1–2 trips per year).
