About The Role

The Commercial Transformation Specialist drives the digital transformation and performance improvement of BEES' partner companies. This role combines process mapping, data analysis, and stakeholder enablement to ensure partners successfully adopt and optimize BEES frontline solutions - BEES Force, BEES Care, and BEES Grow. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Map and analyze partners' sales and customer service processes to design tailored digital transformation plans. 
  • Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven actions. 
  • Lead adoption and training on BEES' frontline software, ensuring alignment with best practices. 
  • Create dashboards and materials to track performance and support decision-making. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues, share insights, and drive continuous improvement. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or performance analysis. 
  • Strong analytical and communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of digital transformation or frontline operations (BEES experience is a plus). 
  • Advanced English 
     
  • Willing to travel for partner support.
