About the Role 

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Fintech design team. You’ll be responsible for designing user-centered experiences that drive real impact across the platform journey. If you enjoy thinking strategically, creating scalable solutions, and collaborating with other designers to deliver simple, efficient, and inclusive experiences, this role is for you. 

You’ll work closely with experienced designers in an agile environment, with room to propose, test, and deliver solutions at scale. 

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate & Influence: Partner with engineering, product management, and commercial teams to define and execute a shared vision for our digital experience. 
  • Lead UX Strategy: Own your squad’s product design roadmap, shaping customer journey maps, user flows, and service blueprints to guide impactful solutions. 
  • Design & Deliver: Drive end-to-end design execution, from early discovery and prototyping to shipping products and iterating based on feedback. 
  • Facilitate & Align: Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and critiques to bring stakeholders into the design process, aligning on challenges and opportunities. 
  • Advocate for the User: Champion user needs throughout the product development lifecycle, balancing business goals with a great customer experience. 

What we're lookling for:

  • Strong communicator & storyteller – You can articulate design decisions clearly, influence stakeholders, and present ideas effectively in English.
  • Proven experience shipping digital products – You’ve worked in cross-functional teams, using iterative processes with both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Systems thinker with a tactical mindset – You can zoom out to see the bigger picture but also execute with precision at a detailed level.
  • Experience with UX research & strategy – You proactively uncover problems worth solving and ensure the team stays focused on the right challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects without missing a beat – You’re adaptable and can shift focus while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Strong English required for this position.

Bonus Points:

 

  • Experience working with finance products (Banks or Fintechs).
  • Experience working with global products and experiences.
