The Role
Betsson Group is a Leading iGaming Business, operating multiple Global brands including Europe-Bet based here in Georgia. Due to our ambitious Global expansion we're constantly on the lookout for great talent and because of this we have an opening for a Talent Sourcer based in our modern Tbilisi offices. This role will have a Global remit, sourcing the very best Tech talent for our Malta, Stockholm, Budapest, Tallinn and Athens hubs.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Connecting with relevant candidates against our open roles
- Building candidate pipelines for key positions
- Networking with talent across a wide range of acquisition channels and platforms
- To be a positive external ambassador for the business within the wider talent market
- To comfortably assess ‘fit’ based on both technical competencies as well as more culture based criteria
Requirements
- Experience of managing recruitment processes and sourcing for talent
- Experience of using pro-active sourcing methods and platforms such as LinkedIn
- Knowledge of wider sourcing channels including the use of social media for candidate attraction
- Understanding of tech and familiar with the latest technology stacks
- Hunter mentality with the drive to keep looking for talent even when the market gets tough!
