As a Product Manager II for Box AI, you will play a key role in building the next frontier of intelligent content management, leading AI-driven solutions that revolutionize how enterprises interact with their content.
In this role, you will be at the helm of driving Box’s AI model lifecycle strategy, execution, and iteration, shaping the future of enterprise AI solutions. You’ll define and execute product roadmaps that enable AI technologies, allowing our customers to unlock insights, automate workflows, and improve collaboration across teams. Your work will directly impact how businesses across the world manage and extract value from their content at scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the development and execution of the Box AI LLM model lifecycle including continuous integration, rigorous evaluation, performance tuning, and iterative optimization.
- Define best practices for proactive monitoring, dynamic updates, and governance to deliver secure, compliant, and high-impact AI solutions.
- Define and own a technically complex product area, balancing the needs of internal stakeholders, enterprise customers, and the rapidly evolving field of AI-driven content management.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from identifying business problems to building AI-driven solutions, executing product roadmaps, and driving iteration based on user feedback and data.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and machine learning teams to design, build, and deploy AI models for large-scale content workflows and automation.
- Establish a metrics-driven approach to product development, conducting A/B testing and performance evaluations to improve AI product outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and sales, to ensure that AI-driven products meet customer needs and business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and machine learning, ensuring Box remains at the forefront of enterprise AI innovation.
- Partner with key teams to effectively communicate the value of Box AI products to enterprise customers.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a minimum of 2+ years of product management experience in AI/ML, enterprise SaaS, or cloud platforms.
- You have a track record of launching successful AI-powered products at scale, with experience in enterprise or consumer AI applications that are used in the market today.
- You are experienced in AI product management, with experience in user research, defining and tracking product metrics, and delivering measurable results.
- You possess a strong technical background, and you have experience working with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and cross-functional teams to bring AI solutions to market.
- You are well-versed in different market LLMs and leading LLM providers.
- You are comfortable driving product strategy, starting small, iterating quickly, and scaling AI products to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
- You hold a technical degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields, and have practical experience in AI, machine learning, or cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS products preferred.
