We’re looking for a seasoned analytics expert who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, digital experience, and data. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to uncover strategic insights hidden in our digital and business data, translating them into high-impact projects that drive measurable growth. This is more than an analyst position—it’s an opportunity to become a strategic driver of Box’s digital evolution. You’ll lead sophisticated analyses, champion data-informed decision-making, and ensure that every digital touchpoint delivers maximum value for our customers and the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Shape Strategy Through Data – Drive high-impact business decisions by transforming complex analytics into actionable insights that optimize the digital customer journey and fuel demand generation & online sales.
- Be a Trusted Advisor Across the Business – Partner with leaders across Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering to identify opportunities, guide data optimization initiatives, and influence decisions that directly impact company growth.
- Lead Innovation in Digital Experience – Design, test, and measure bold new ideas to enhance our website experience and accelerate digital marketing performance, leveraging tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, SQL, and Tableau.
- Advance Your Technical Excellence – Oversee and refine the integrity of Box’s data layer, troubleshoot and optimize data collection, and pioneer new approaches to data enablement that expand our analytics capabilities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven Analytics Expertise - 2+ years of experience in an analytics role with significant experience in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau & Power BI.
- Digital Marketing Acumen - Experience with tools like Adobe/Google analytics is preferred, or familiarity with website & digital marketing data.
- Hands-on, Dynamic & Strategic - Operate as a trusted business partner who can both lead strategic conversations and roll up your sleeves to uncover insights independently. You’re also somebody who picks up new technologies and concepts quickly.
- Influential Communicator – Present complex findings with clarity and authority to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, driving alignment and action.
