Hybrid role in Redmond, WA
In This Role
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support the strategic sourcing and qualification of commodities by managing incoming tickets, maintaining qualification schedules, and helping prioritize supplier evaluations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in meetings, and ensuring timely progress on critical sourcing initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on sourcing operations while also positioning yourself for potential full-time opportunities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and triage incoming qualification-related tickets and requests.

Maintain and update qualification schedules to track progress and prioritize critical tasks.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, procurement, and engineering teams to coordinate qualification efforts.

Participate in team meetings (approximately 30% of time) and support cross-functional collaboration (20%).

Drive individual workstreams related to qualification execution and documentation (50%).

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of supplier qualification outcomes and follow-ups.

Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Azure DevOps to track metrics, visualize data, and streamline workflows.

Maintain high levels of attention to detail and organization across all tasks.

Contribute to operational improvements and process standardization in qualification workflows.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or a related operational function.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience handling detail-oriented tasks with accuracy and accountability.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data tracking or reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project management/ticketing tools.

Prior experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage throughput and meet SLAs or performance metrics.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position, based on Washington state market data, is hourly rate would fall roughly between $36 and $38.50 per hour. The final salary and job title will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may fall outside this range.
