Customer Success Associate

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate who will:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining sustainable relationships with our clients.
  • Help position Clara as a leading company in spend management.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze client portfolios and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Contribute to the execution of sales and marketing initiatives alongside partners to drive business success.
  • Assist in gathering data for sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Serve as a point of contact for existing clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.

Our requirements for this position are:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Previous experience in onboarding clients is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and a focus on achieving results.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • A proactive attitude and openness to learning and adapting to changes.
  • Experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance sectors is a plus.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively within a team.
