We're looking for a People Ops Intern who can juggle talent scheduling like a circus performer, stock our kitchen like a culinary mastermind, and tackle the wild world of startup operations with the enthusiasm of a golden retriever discovering a tennis ball factory.

What You'll Actually Do (No Boring Stuff, We Promise):

🗓️ Master of Time and Space- Wrangle calendars, coordinate interviews, and make scheduling conflicts disappear faster than free pizza in the break room

🍕 Chief Kitchen Happiness Officer- Keep our snack game strong, ensure the coffee never runs out (seriously, lives depend on this), and maintain our legendary reputation for having the best-stocked kitchen in the building

🏢 Onsite Operations Ninja- Handle the day-to-day magic that keeps our office running smoothly, from vendor coordination to making sure we never run out of the good pens

🚀 Startup Swiss Army Knife- Dive headfirst into the beautiful chaos of scaling a global tech startup, where every day brings new challenges and the learning curve looks more like a learning cliff

The Real Talk:

The Intern on our People Ops team will have the opportunity to work on the highest-priority operational initiatives associated with rapidly scaling a new global technology start-up. The pace will be fast, the learning will be firehose-caliber, and the impact will be eminently tangible. No task is too big or too small for the right candidate, because getting even the little things right is essential to building a successful organization.

Translation: You'll be drinking from the fire hose of knowledge while simultaneously keeping everyone fed, scheduled, and happy. It's like being a personal assistant to 100+ people, but way more fun and with better snacks.

You're Our Perfect Match If You:

✅ Are currently enrolled in a BS/BA (or MS/MA) or equivalent degree program  
✅ Can charm the socks off anyone and build genuine connections faster than WiFi  
✅ Have an eagle eye for details (the kind that spots a typo from three desks away)  
✅ Thrive in organized chaos and can meet deadlines that seem impossible  
✅ Are a documentation wizard who can turn messy processes into beautiful systems  
✅ Love solving puzzles, especially the kind without a clear answer key

✅ Speak English like a native (or close enough that we can understand your jokes)
