Purpose
We are looking for a Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager, Enterprise Applications to drive execution, implementation, and ongoing evolution of our enterprise applications in support of manufacturing, quality, and operational excellence. This role will focus on Manufacturing Execution Systems along with a suite of critical business systems including CLM, CMMS, CRM, HRIS, and QMS (subject to change). These systems require streamlined, stakeholder-driven management and execution. This role is highly cross-functional and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, application owners, engineering teams, and external vendors.
The Role
- Stakeholder Alignment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, legal, service, PeopleOps, IT, and others
- Align system priorities with business needs and strategic goals through structured intake and organized collaboration
- Facilitate regular check-ins, project reviews, and decision-making with stakeholders
- Requirements & User Feedback
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to gather detailed business and system requirements
- Translate user needs into structured, actionable documentation including workflows, processes, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams
- Prioritize enhancements and support requests based on business value, risk, and complexity
- Roadmap Ownership
- Own the product lifecycle for targeted enterprise applications, from concept through delivery and adoption
- Define and maintain system roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders, system integrators, and internal engineering teams
- Track delivery progress, validate implementations, and ensure successful handoff to support teams
- Low-Code / No-Code Development
- Configure low-code tools and workflows where appropriate to accelerate business value (e.g., dashboards, automations, forms)
- Identify opportunities to reduce reliance on custom development through configuration and modular design
- Vendor & Third-Party Management
- Coordinate with external partners, consultants, and vendors to deliver on system improvements and integrations
- Evaluate tools and platforms for capability fit, TCO, and alignment with long-term enterprise strategy
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
- 3–8 years of experience in enterprise applications, product management, or business systems roles
- Demonstrated ownership of MES or critical enterprise applications such as CRM, QMS, HRIS, etc.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and the supporting system architecture
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, roadmap development, and cross-functional program execution
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms a plus (e.g., Power Apps, Airtable, Mendix)
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in manufacturing, automotive, and/or capital equipment
- Familiarity with Siemens Opcenter
- Experience working in high-mix, low-volume or vertically integrated environments
- Technical aptitude to partner effectively with Data, Software, IT, and Enterprise Application teams and engineering counterparts

- This is an on-site role at our Torrance, CA headquarters.
Compensation
At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at Product Manager - Sr. Product Manager as evaluated through our interview process.
- Product Manager / E04: $106,000 - $145,750 base
- Sr. Product Manager / E05: $122,400 - $168,300 base
