Summary: We are seeking an Insights Client Success Executive to join our Client Development team. In this role, you will work closely with CPG clients to place customer insights at the core of their decision-making processes. Your efforts will drive collaboration between suppliers and retailers, fostering mutual growth and delivering insight-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned CPG clients, serving as their primary partner for insights and collaboration.
- Deliver on client account plans through data-led presentations, insight briefs, and value measurement strategies.
- Utilise tools and analysis to identify and solve client challenges, providing measurable value to both CPGs and retailers.
- Support cross-functional collaboration among internal teams, retailer teams, and CPGs to enhance insight delivery and client engagement.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio and assist the sales team in achieving commercial outcomes.
- Contribute to best practice development through case studies, content creation, and participation in the Shopper Insights community.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using our products and solutions.
- Take responsibility for your personal development, training, and growth, while adhering to our values and Code of Business Conduct.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within the CPG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
- Experienced in supporting consultative selling and identifying growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools and software relevant to insights and data analysis.
- Commitment to personal development and adherence to professional conduct standards.
