We’re seeking a strategic, technically experienced Director of Product to lead our Travel Supply organization—owning our internal and external-facing APIs, pricing, and content functions. This role is ideal for a product leader with deep expertise in building and scaling public-facing APIs consumed by third parties. You’ll drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of our external facing API and ensure it enables scalable, reliable integrations with travel suppliers. The ideal candidate is data-driven, comfortable running experiments, and able to collaborate across engineering and commercial teams to solve complex challenges. Experience with pricing or content systems is a plus, and flexibility to lead across time zones and technical domains is essential.

Your Mission:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock new opportunities and deliver seamless experiences for our customers.
  • Lead our internal integrations teams that connect with 3rd party suppliers to deliver inventory, content, and pricing of hotels, flights, and cars..
  • Provide exceptional support and insights to our clients, ensuring every interaction with Engine exceeds expectations.
  • Lead our team and strategy on pricing. Finding balances between giving our customers the best price available while also making the best margin possible for us.
  • Lead our team and strategy on content. Ensuring that we have accurate and up to date information about our hotels, flights, and cars that we provide to our customers.

What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Proven track record of leading successful product initiatives in a fast-paced environment, Agile methodologies, extensive experience with API. Notably we are looking for someone who has built public facing APIs and knows how to build and lead teams that serve these external customers.
  • Mindset: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.

Cash compensation: The base salary range for this role is $220,000 to $280,000. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise. This role is also eligible to receive equity compensation.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
