🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional business initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role operates at the intersection of project execution, program coordination, and business operations, requiring strong autonomy, sound judgment, and strong stakeholder leadership.

This is not a traditional IT project management role. While initiatives may interface with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, ClickUp, Oracle P6, and Procore, the primary focus is on driving business outcomes, establishing disciplined governance, and ensuring end-to-end execution across diverse teams and functions.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned operator who can step into ambiguous, fast-moving initiatives, rapidly establish structure, and lead workstreams with minimal oversight while maintaining consistent executive alignment.

 

🧩 What you will do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives spanning operations, process improvement, tooling adoption, analytics enablement, training, and organizational change.
  • Own initiatives end-to-end, from intake and discovery through execution, stabilization, and transition to steady-state ownership.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into executable delivery plans with clearly defined scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
  • Define, implement, and maintain delivery governance including project plans, check-in cadences (Plan / Do / Check / Act), decision logs, RAID tracking, and escalation paths.
  • Produce and maintain clear, executive-ready documentation outlining initiative structure, governance protocols, timelines, roles, and issue-resolution processes.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point across business leaders, operations teams, IT partners, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate structured working sessions and stakeholder discussions to drive clarity, alignment, and timely decision-making.
  • Provide concise, outcome-focused updates to senior leadership, translating execution progress into business impact and risk posture.
  • Step into partially defined or mid-flight initiatives and rapidly establish clarity, momentum, and accountability.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies before issues escalate.
  • Operate effectively in environments involving platforms such as ClickUp, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle P6, and Procore, coordinating closely with platform owners without assuming system ownership.

🧠 What you will bring

The top candidate will have the following skills:

  • 9+ years of progressive experience in project and/or program management within complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong initiative ownership mindset with the ability to lead without authority and drive outcomes through influence and structure.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and align senior leaders.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining high-quality delivery documentation and governance artifacts.

Ideally you have…

  • Experience flexing between project-level execution and program-level coordination.
  • Background supporting business transformation, operational improvement, or enterprise enablement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery models in enterprise settings.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
