About ProBio

ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and capable Shipping Specialist to support in efficiently handle the shipping of customer-provided materials, purchased materials, and internal shipping requests.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly packaged, labelled, and prepared for dispatch in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage the physical handling of items, ensuring safe and secure packaging of products.
• Prepares and verify shipping documents while maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address shipping-related issues.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as assigned.
• Performs other duties as required based on business needs.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum high school diploma, an associate’s or higher degree in supply chain management or a relevant field is preferred
• Skills and Experience:
  • Strong organizational, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally with personal at multiple levels within the organization.
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and meet customers and management expectations.
• Language: Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
• Physical Requirement: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
