International Product & Audience Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a VP/SVP, Product & Audience Marketing to join iCapital’s International Marketing & Communications team. Based in Lisbon, this role will be responsible for driving product positioning, go-to-market initiatives, audience engagement, and sales enablement across LATAM and Canada.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Platform Solutions, Client Solutions, regional business leaders, International Marketing & Communications team members, and the U.S. Product Marketing Team to ensure iCapital’s products, solutions, and capabilities are effectively brought to market outside the U.S. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires a strong understanding of financial services, wealth management, and private markets.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for products, solutions, and platform capabilities.
  • Partner with Client Solutions, Product, and regional leadership to translate business priorities into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Support the international launch and adoption of new offerings, ensuring clear and differentiated positioning.

Audience Marketing & Campaigns

  • Develop audience-led marketing programs targeting wealth managers, banks, and advisors.
  • Drive regional campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, webinars, content programs, and event-related marketing activities.
  • Partner with U.S.-based Demand Generation and Digital teams to optimize engagement and audience growth.

Localization & Sales Enablement

  • Adapt U.S. marketing materials for regional use where possible, ensuring relevance, compliance, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Develop new sales enablement content, presentations, messaging frameworks, and client-facing materials.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to support regional regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management & Performance

  • Act as a strategic marketing partner to regional business leaders and Client Solutions teams.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and provide insight-driven recommendations.
  • Support the continued development of the International Product & Audience Marketing function and operating model.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, audience marketing, asset management, wealth management, fintech, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of private markets, alternatives, investment products, or wealth management.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to translate complex concepts into compelling, client-focused marketing materials.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working across international markets and multiple time zones.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
